The Hot shYachts

Meet The Hot shYachts

The Hot shYachts are the biggest (physically), baddest yacht rock DJ crew in history.

Yacht Rock, the smooth, adult-oriented music from Southern California, made a comeback! The Doobies and Toto were active in the 70s and 80s, but the Yacht Rock TV show has extended its appeal to younger audiences. Furthermore, this tropical, easy-sippin’ music is perfect for dancing, singing, and summertime relaxing. Give it a listen! Bring the party to your young and not-so-young guests. Book the Hot shYachts today! Nerd out with fun, yacht-related discussions at Milwaukee Yacht Rock!

An Extremely True History

The Hot shYachts softly dominated the Milwaukee scene in the 1970s. First, they took it to the limit and cornered the lucrative tropical shirt market. The heat was on as they took it to the streets, which were littered with the bloodied koozies and tattered sweaters of their rivals. However, they have faded from the public eye since the infamous 1979 Yacht Rock Riots.

First, in a deadly battle with the Brawl and Oates crew, Fancy Nancy impaled two men on a single daiquiri cocktail umbrella and was subsequently incarcerated. Subsequently, DJ Reno’s Soul and Fuzzy Logic attempted an unsuccessful jailbreak, allegedly screaming, “It’s gonna take a lot to take me away from you!” Next, Reno’s Soul was stopped by 100 men, or possibly more. Eventually, a jury convicted him of two counts of Felony Stealing Away and Conspiracy to Like Piña Colada. Finally, authorities pursued Fuzzy Logic on the highway to the Danger Zone. They lost him as he shoved it into overdrive. Rumor has it that he sailed away, reportedly finding serenity not too far from paradise.

The Hot shYachts are veteran DJs, friendly party-starters with the latest equipment and a collective 30 years of experience. DJ Fuzzy Logic is Milwaukee’s PhDJ, and he and Fancy Nancy currently host Monday Yacht Rock Cruises on the Vista King as well as a monthly vinyl spin at Strange Town. Finally, DJ Reno’s Soul is the curator of the Milwaukee Yacht Rock page. Book them today!

Finally, they have returned! You can feel them in the air tonight. Oh, Lord.
