Weddings:

(non-)Basic audio: $1500

Wisconsin DJ rentals with DJ Fuzzy Logic are anything but basic! You’re getting serious stuff. A Pioneer DJ controller, Macbook Pro, wireless mic, table, custom playlist (compiled from daily downloads and songs I’ve recorded from vinyl), 6 hours of music.

Audio+speakers: $1700

All the above, plus two 1000W QSC 12.2s. For small rooms. If you aren’t listening to hip hop, cumbia, or dubstep, then these will give you plenty of power.

Audio+speakers and subwoofer: $1800

All the above, plus one 1000W QSC sub. Got a large room? Love hip hop? Want me to play a lot of recent music? Get the sub.

EVERYTHING! $2000

Who needs subtlety?

Add 2 Swarm laser/strobes, 12 uplights, laser, LED speaker stands, dance floor lights, bubble machine, hazer. It’s not just an upsell–people really do dance more when you light ’em up! They feel cooler, maybe even invisible. This is crucial! It’s hard enough to get people to dance at a club, and wedding receptions can feel formal, especially when guests don’t know each other well. The most important influence is that the bride and groom dance, but good lighting and sound are a close second!

Add $100 per hour of driving more than 30 minutes from Milwaukee. For example, a drive to Madison takes 80 minutes, so add $100. A drive to Green Bay takes 100 minutes, so add $200.

Add $50 if I’m doing a separate small setup for a ceremony in a different location within the same venue as your reception. For example, the wedding is in the barn, but the reception is outside.

Add $150 if your party is outside and I need to bring a generator.

Party rates: $300 and up
